Academy of Makeup and Fashion

Hello everyone!  Thank you for visiting my new blog and website!!  This has been quite a journey for me and I'm so excited to finally be able to share my experiences with you.  For fifteen years I have worked as an Account Manager in a CPA firm. Make that CPA firms. I moved all around from place to place never really fitting in.  I use to believe that every firm had a setting that never fit to my beliefs.  All the while knowing this was not the dream I had as a young girl. It wasn't until the end of 2010 that I realized my career as an account manager was not fulfilling my dreams and this was the reason why I could not find a happy home in any firm. As I approached 2011 I knew I had to take a leap into my future with eyes wide open and I did just that.  I left my career as a right brain and soared into my new life accepting and honoring my left brain!  The artist has been set free!!!!

I began my studies at The Academy of Makeup and Fashion and completed my training at the end of June 2011.  I continue to educate myself and I am having the time of my life!! It is never too late to begin living your dream.  Grab hold and enjoy the ride!
